Julian Kessler

Julian has been pivotal in establishing the clinics excellent reputation in providing high quality patient focused care based on his experience with NHS.

Over the last 10 years at the clinic he has not only carried out over thousands of procedures but has also developed long-term professional relationships with patients.

Julian left Lincoln to train as a Registered General Nurse at Queens Medical Centre’s (QMC) school of medicine in Nottingham in 1989. After qualification he worked in various specialities at the QMC for 7 years, and then spent 9 years in the speciality of Adult Critical Care at Nottingham City Hospital.

In 2007 he saw the opportunity to move back to Lincoln and initiate the step into a new speciality of Aesthetic Nursing by assisting in setting up a new clinic at Lincoln Laser Skincare. After a year of training with various companies within the industry (Cynosure, Lynton, Chromogenix, Asclepion, & Aestheticare), attending conferences and lectures with the British Medical Laser Association and Aesthetic Medicine whilst also working part time at the clinic, he left the NHS.

In 2008, when he started working full time at the clinic, the business really started to expand and flourish. By transferring his years of professional nursing experience into an modern clinical setting, he created the first dedicated laser clinic in Lincolnshire. A true people-person, open, approachable and conscientious, he established a level of care that has seen a life changing results for his patients, producing positive reviews and a 5* reputation.

 

Dr Sue Holdstock

Non-Surgical Aesthetic Doctor

Dr Sue Holdstock is a fully qualified doctor with 20 years experience in aesthetic medicine.She aims to achieve an enhanced appearance whilst maintaining natural beauty with minimal intervention, which means you can expect to look healthier and refined but not different.

Dr Sue patient care involves an in-depth consultation followed by a bespoke treatment plan according to the patients individual needs .

Dr Sue is passionate about standards in aesthetics and plays an active role in the professional community. A strong focus on quality combined with an eye for aesthetic beauty and using top of the range products produce natural optimum results.

Dr Sue is a member of BCAM ,BMA and GMC

 

LARA REID – ACCOUNTS AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Lara has joined the clinic in 2016 on a part time basis to help manage and streamline our systems and take care of the financial administration and office management. Her invaluable support has taken the clinic to the next level and allowed our Director Julian to spend more clinical time with his patients.

Adele has been the key staff member at the clinic bringing over 38 years experience from the customer care sector to make sure our patients are well taken care of. She was a key member of management at national health clubs and has also contributed to administrating GP clinics. She is also a holistic therapist.

During her time with Lincoln Laser Laser, she undergone further training in our cosmetological products (Environ and Medik8) as well as Jane Iredale mineral make-up to help our patients choose the right skin regime and make up to their skin.

Because of her interest in aromatherapy, she also blends essential oils for our clinic to create a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. She is also an excellent example of how taking care of your skin pays off – you just need to look at her ever glowing skin to be amazed, especially considering her age!

 

KAMILA BOREK – MARKETING CONSULTANT

Kamila has modernised the clinic by launching a new website, taking care of online marketing and upgrading internal procedures to an electronic customer relationship system.
